In order to achieve its vision of a world university that designs and transforms the future, Yaşar University has made it a mission to create sustainable value with qualified education and research, and to contribute to the society by raising innovative individuals who shape the future.
Yaşar University has accepted scientific approach, human orientation, social responsibility, internationality and innovation as its values, and in line with its vision and mission, it updates its corporate values and strategic goals in five-year periods and secures all its processes with quality management. Yaşar University offers a quality higher education and scientific research environment, which is guaranteed by its quality policy and with the understanding of continuous improvement based on strategic plans. It undertakes its commitment to quality and its responsibilities with the Quality Assurance Directive.
The quality assurance system and sub-systems, which constitute the quality policy of Yaşar University, ensure quality for all its stakeholders, execute, review and take precautions when necessary. It defines the measurement and reporting processes related to quality assurance, determination, monitoring, updating and continuous improvement of standards in line with the University’s strategic plan. Thus, the functioning of the quality assurance system and its subsystems is monitored, measured and reported with qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
HEALTH, KULTUR, SPORTS DIRECTORATE QUALITY POLICY
The quality policy of our Health, Culture and Sports Directorate is to provide continuous improvement and continuity in all areas and units we serve. This continuity includes the students with whom we are in primary relationship, as well as the academic and administrative staff. In this direction, it includes reaching more people in better conditions and keeping in touch in the activities and events we offer as services, especially in the current usage areas.
The beginning of the quality policy of our directorate is the determination of the factors that will contribute to the sports, cultural, health and intellectual development of our students, who are the target group.
These determinations;
- Creating suitable and trouble-free sports fields within the framework of our students’ sports orientation, making sports equipment available and creating continuity,
- Ensuring participation in sports organizations in which we participate on behalf of our university, in line with the target branches determined every academic year,
- Measurable activity opportunities offered to our student communities and creating continuity by putting it on each academic year,
- Expanding the existing health services by evaluating faster and more suitable conditions and environmental development factors,
- The psychological counseling and guidance service we offer as support includes reaching more people and increasing the positive coefficients in retrospective feedback.
The biggest basis for the realization of our quality policy as the Directorate is the vision of an innovative and sustainable university on a global scale, which has been determined in line with the founding goals and objectives of our university.
