Capoeria Community, one of Yaşar University student societies, was established in 2017 and to teach Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian culture that includes elements such as dance, fighting, music and acrobatics, to its members under the roof of Yaşar University. In addition; To assist the social, social and cultural development of university students by organizing organizations in line with the general purpose of the community, to organize educational activities such as courses, seminars, conferences and panels related to Capoeira as well as other Brazilian cultural events such as Maculale, Samba de Roda, Puxada de Rede, It was established to contribute to the development of university students as individuals with research and creative qualities, and to protect the physical and mental health of its members.
